In order to make your stay in Istanbul more comfortable and not to feel yourself unfamiliar and strange during your treatment, our patient coordinators and all our staff are dedicated entirely to provide all our international patients with a comprehensive service covering every aspect of their trip. We treat our international patients with respect and cultural sensitivity, caring for them in their own language, in a clean, friendly and comfortable environment with the priority to provide the most effective and up-to-date treatment administered by our IVF-specialists.
In order to apply for visa, you need to have a set of documentation including a Visa Support Letter from a third party. This letter, prepared for you by us, is a third party confirmation that you will come to Turkey for your treatment.
If you request, we offer transportation services and discounted accommodation in our partner hotels, which will save your time and money. According to your schedule and the availability of hotels, the appropriate hotel for your accommodation will be booked and you will be informed before coming.
We support all your transportation services like from the airport to clinic or hotel, and vice versa. We also support a telephone within a local sim card which provides you to connect easily with our interpreters whenever you need. The list of hotels which we offer and near our location is:

Costs are only estimates as everyone’s situation is different so we do encourage you to speak with our Fertility Finance Officer to get a more accurate costing for your fertility treatment and your individual situation.

The fertility treatment costs cover all treatment management during an individual cycle, including medications, day surgery fees, anesthetic services fees,fertility specialist performing egg collection and embryo transfer, nursing consultation and support, counselling support, standard embryology procedures, blood tests and ultrasounds within the treatment cycle.
